Guerry Lumber partnered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace of Savannah to build 100 beds for local children in need, marking the beginning of a very special milestone for our company: Guerry Lumber’s 100th anniversary in 2027.
For nearly a century, Savannah has been more than the place where we do business. It’s our home. As we look ahead to celebrating 100 years, we wanted to honor that history by giving back to the community that has supported Guerry Lumber for generations.
Building 100 Beds for 100 Years
We couldn’t think of a more meaningful way to kick off our centennial celebration than by bringing people together to make a tangible difference for local families.
Employees, customers, friends, and volunteers rolled up their sleeves alongside Sleep in Heavenly Peace Savannah to help build 100 beds for children who don’t have a bed of their own.
It was a morning centered around service, teamwork, and community, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who showed up and helped make it happen. Whether you volunteered your time, supported the effort, or simply cheered us on, you helped make this milestone meaningful.
