The Guerry Lumber team came together to cook and sell BBQ plates, raising funds to help offset the cost of our friend Danny’s lung transplant. Danny dedicated his entire career to the construction industry in Savannah before being forced into medical retirement.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our vendors, customers, and community—through ticket sales, donations, and matching contributions from Guerry Lumber and West Construction—we are proud to share that we raised over $18,000 for Danny.
We’re especially grateful to our amazing team for their hard work behind the scenes, and to this remarkable community that never hesitates to rally around one of its own.
